Troubleshooting

Quick checks for common hosting, login and VPS issues before opening a ticket.

Login issues

Use password reset first. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam and make sure the account email is correct.

Sessions are kept alive for several days, but browser privacy settings can still clear cookies.

Website not loading

Check that the domain points to the correct service, the main file exists, and PHP errors are not being displayed on a production page.

If you recently changed DNS, wait for propagation and test from another network.

VPS power controls

If start or stop returns access denied, the VPS is not assigned to your user, not actively shared with you, or the session is stale. Log out and back in, then retry.

If the API cannot find the server, ask an admin to verify that the local IP address matches the server account exactly.
